As an alum of the E.J Ourso School of Business at Louisiana State University and over fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate, he has an extensive knowledge of the Louisiana market and an acute awareness of what businesses need from their real estate.

But his expertise in real estate goes well beyond the Baton Rouge market. Both national and local businesses trust Charlie with Retail Site Selection, Retail Landlord Representation and Investment Acquisition and Disposition. It's that kind of trust and relationship with clients that's led him to broker over $200 million of leases and sales since 2005.
